BEFORE WE SHOOT
Email or call us with the property address, approximate square footage, preferred date and package. We’ll confirm availability, your quote and the delivery schedule with you.
Have the property ready as you’d like it to appear. Cleaning, staging and rearranging furniture aren’t included. Arrange access to all spaces being captured and keep people and pets clear while we work.
Your delivery timing and method are confirmed with your booking, based on the media included in your shoot.
If weather affects exterior or aerial work, we’ll contact you to discuss the options. Aerial coverage also depends on flight access at the property.
Payment is due in full by the end of the shoot.
